The East Shore Area (ESA) Library is the largest branch of the Dauphin County Library System. It is located in the Colonial Park neighborhood in Lower Paxton Township. The branch features an array of staff and resources, including a grants computer, a local history collection, and an adaptive computer for the visually impaired and blind. Two meeting rooms and study carrels are also available for use at this location.
